The outpatient department has general OPD managed by medical officers and specialist. There are scheduled visits of specialist consultants which includes ENT surgeon, Ophthalmologists, Dentists, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Psychiatrists, Paediatricians, Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, Nutritionist and Dermatologist. The specialist OPD rooms are upgraded for early diagnosis and initiation of treatment.
The Health Centre has in-patient facilities for minor ailments. Patients in the IPD receive 24/7 professional nursing care,
including the administration of intravenous (IV) fluids, injectable medications, and regular monitoring of vital signs.
Observation/Day Care Services: This facility supports observation/day care admissions for procedures or treatments that
allow patients to be discharged within the same day once stabilized. It is also for the patients, who are not critical enough for
hospital transfer but require professional monitoring beyond an OPD consultation as advised by doctor.
Paediatric vaccinations are available at the IITI Health Centre as per universal imuunization program of Government of India.

Ambulance services are available 24 x 7 for emergency medical and trauma emergency cases. The Health Centre has one basic ambulance and one advanced life support ambulance.
The Emergency room is open 24x7. Medical team comprising of doctors and paramedical staff provides dedicated services for management of acute emergency and trauma cases. Minor cases are managed at the Institute Health Centre. The patients requiring further evaluation and treatment are referred to higher medical centres in Indore city.
Health Centre has in-house diagnostic laboratory. It is outsourced service and the in-house facility supports timely decision making for doctors based on evaluation reports. Timings 8.00 am to 4.00 pm

The centre also has well equipped physiotherapy facility. By utilizing a combination of manual therapy and therapeutic modalities, the facility focuses on restoring functional mobility and managing chronic conditions through scientifically-backed physical therapy protocols.
